Emery Town Council will hold a public hearing at 6 pm on Tues, Nov
9, 2010 at the Emery Town Hall located at 65 N. Center St, Emery, UT
84522. The purpose of the hearing is to discuss and vote on rates for
water overage usage. The regularly scheduled Town Council meeting will
follow the public hearing.
Individuals needing special accommodations should notify Emery
Town office at PO Box 108, Emery, UT 84522 or 435-286-2417 at least 3
days prior to the hearing.
