Customers should send a request for the permit, provide their name, mailing address, phone number, and a check for $10 in an envelope marked "Attention: Christmas Tree Sales." A permit will be sent to them by return mail. Orders can be sent to the Manti-La Sal National Forest at any of the following mailing addresses:Supervisor's Office, 599 W.
