requesting competitive sealed proposals from qualified providers for
the purpose of providing waste collection services in Orangeville City
for residential accounts and for Orangeville City as described in the
Request for Proposals.  Proposals will be released Tuesday, November
23, 2010 at the Orangeville City Office, 25 North Main, Orangeville,
Utah, during regular business hours (Mon-Thurs 8am-5pm and Fri.
8am-3pm) or by contacting Ruanne Leeflang at 435-748-2651.  Proposals
must be returned to the Orangeville City Office by December 9, 2010 at
2:00pm.  Proposals submitted after this deadline will not be
considered for evaluation.  Evaluation of proposals will be Thursday,
Dec. 9, 2010 at 6:30pm with approval given during the Council meeting
at 7:30pm on that same date.

	The Request for Proposals may be canceled at any time.  Orangeville
City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals in
whole or in part in the best interest of the City, to waive defects
and formalities in such proposals, and to award the contract to the
respondent which it considers has submitted the most advantageous
proposal, taking into consideration price and the evaluation criteria
set forth in the Request for Proposals.
