Building Contractors, Flooring Contractors

Bids will be received by the Emery County Housing Authority for the
renovation of bathrooms and new flooring in 24 apartments in Ferron
and Castle Dale.  General Specifications:    Replacement of existing
vanities with new vanities and new sinks and fixtures, exhaust fans
and lighting fixtures.  As a separate bid; replacement of existing
vinyl square-tile flooring with new vinyl square-tile flooring
throughout the apartments with the exception of the living rooms which
are to be installed with grade A quality carpet tile.  Interested
licensed contractors must visit the ECHA Office, 75 East Main St., Rm
210b or call 435 381-2902 or 435 749-1113 to obtain FAXed detailed
work specifications and, if desired, arrange to visit the apartments. 
All bids are to be in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Bid for
bathrooms renovation" and "Bid for new flooring," with the date and
time of submission and delivered to the housing authority office by
1:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 1, 2010.  Bid Bonds are required.  The
agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids.  Bids will be
opened and read at a special ECHA board meeting on the same day at
3:00 p.m. in the small conference room (upstairs) Emery County
Courthouse, 75 E. Main St., Castle Dale, UT.
