The following described property will be sold at public auction to the
highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the United States at the
time of sale, at the Emery County Courthouse, 1850 North 560 West,
Castle Dale, UT 84513, on January 7, 2011, at 10:00 a.m. of said day,
for the purpose of foreclosing a trust deed dated February 16, 2007,
and executed by HUNTSMAN MOTORS, INC., as Trustor, in favor of STEARNS
BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION as Beneficiary, which Trust Deed was
recorded on February 16, 2007, as Entry No. 376990, in the Official
Records of Emery County, State of Utah covering real property
purportedly located at 505 North Main Street, Huntington, Utah  84528
in Emery County, Utah, and more particularly described as:

BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SECTION 24 TOWNSHIP 17 SOUTH,
RANGE 8 EAST, SLB&M, THENCE SOUTH ALONG THE SECTION LINE 610.77 FEET
TO THE WESTERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF THE STATE HIGHWAY; THENCE
SOUTHWESTERLY ALONG SAID RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE ALONG THE ARC OF A 1,687.3
FOOT RADIUS CURVE, THE LONG CHORD OF SAID CURVE BEARS SOUTH 10
DEGREES, 21 FEET, 09 INCHES WEST, 252.517 FEET TO THE P.S.C. OF A
SPIRAL CURVE; THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY ALONG SAID CURVE, THE LONG CHORD OF
WHICH BEARS SOUTH 2 DEGREES, 16 FEET, 18 INCHES WEST, 122.95 FEET,
MORE OR LESS TO THE P.C. OF A 50 FOOT RADIUS CURVE TO THE RIGHT,
THENCE ALONG THE ARC OF SAID CURVE TO THE POINT OF TANGENCY WITH THE
NORTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF THE HUNTINGTON CANYON HIGHWAY, THE LONG
CHORD OF SAID CURVE BEARS SOUTH 61 DEGREES, 57 FEET, 25 INCHES WEST,
85.65 FEET; THENCE NORTH 59 DEGREES, 07 FEET WEST 56.35 FEET; THENCE
NORTH 990.17 FEET, TO THE NORTH LINE OF THE SAID NE 1/4; THENCE EAST
174 FEET, MORE OR LESS TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.

            The current Beneficiary of the trust deed is STEARNS BANK
NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, and the record owner of the property as of the
recording of the Notice of Default is HUNTSMAN MOTORS, INC..

            Bidders must tender to the trustee a $5,000.00 deposit at
the sale and the balance of the purchase price by 2:00 p.m. the day
following the sale.  Both the deposit and the balance must be paid to
Lincoln Title Insurance Agency in the form of a wire transfer,
cashier's check or certified funds.  Cash payments, personal checks or
trust checks are not accepted.
