The annual stockholders meeting of Cottonwood Creek Consolidated
Irrigation Company will be held Saturday, January 15, 2011, in the Old
Fire Station Community Center, Orangeville, Utah, at 1:00 p.m. Purpose
of the meeting is to elect board members; three (3) from the Mammoth
Canal, two (2) from the Clipper and Western Canal, and two (2) from
the Blue Cut Canal and to conduct any other business that might come
before the stockholders at that time.

Only stockholders who have paid their assessments are eligible to
vote or deliberate on any company matters.
