Emery Town Council will hold a Public Heating at 6:00 pm on Tues, Feb
8, 2011 at the Emery Town Hall located at 65 N. Center, Emery, UT
84522. The purpose of the hearing is to discuss and vote on the town
Development Code, overage rates on Mine Lines and turn on/turn off
rates. The regularly scheduled Council meeting will follow.
