Notice Of Trustee's Sale

	The following described property will be sold at public auction to
the highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the United States at
the time of the sale, at the south main entrance of the Emery County
Courthouse at 1850 North 560 West, Castle Dale, Emery County, Utah, on
February 23, 2011 at the hour of 9:00 a.m. of said day, for the
purpose of foreclosing a Trust Deed originally executed by Surveying
Associations, Inc. as Trustor, in favor of original beneficiary Cipra
Living Trust, covering real property located at in Emery Utah and more
particularly described as:

	BEGINNING at a point in the extension of a fence lien, which point is
North 1650 feet and West 1068.074 feet (Basis of bearing + Solar
Observations) from the Southwest corner of Section 3, Township 22
South, Range 6 East; SLB&M; thence West 961.579 feet to a point in the
extension of fence line; thence along said fence line and extension
thereof north 00°43'36" West 999.711 feet to a fence line; thence
along said fence line South 89°40'52"
East 480 feet; thence South 6.958 feet; thence East 491.449 feet to a
fence line; thence along said fence line and extension thereof South
00°21'49" East 357.843 feet to a fence line; thence along said
fence line South 00°02'58" East 632.164 feet to the point of
beginning. Situated in Section 4, T22S, R06E.
Tax Parcel #1-78-10.

	The current beneficiary of the trust deed is Russell Taylor and the
record owner of the property as of the recording of the notice of
default is Surveying Associates, Inc.  This Trust Deed is recorded as
Entry Number 347545 of the records of the Emery County Recorder. 
Bidders must be prepared to tender to the trustee $5,000.00 at the
sale and the balance of the purchase price by 12:00 noon the day
following the sale. Both payments must be in the form of a cashier's
check or certified funds.

	The trustee maintains a bona fide office in the state meeting the
requirements of Subsection 57-1-21(1)(b).  The address of the office
of the trustee is 76 N Merchant Street, American Fork, UT 84003.  The
hours during which the trustee can be contacted regarding the notice
of default are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with the
exception of legal holidays.  The trustee may be contacted by
telephone during these hours at 801-874-4983.
