Notice is hereby given that the North Emery Water Users SSD will hold
a public hearing to discuss submitting an application to the Permanent
Community Impact Board for funding of the Rilda Canyon and Main Canyon
Springs redevelopment and construction of a 500,000-gallon storage
reservoir.
North Emery Water Users SSD will solicit comments concerning the
size, scope and nature of the funding request for the above project.
All interested persons shall be given an opportunity to be heard.
The hearing will be held on Thursday, March 10, 2011, at 7:00 p.m. at
the North Emery Water Users SSD Office, 1325 North Highway 155,
Cleveland, Utah.
In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals
needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids
and services) during this meeting should notify Laura Fillmore, (435)
653-2649, at least three (3) working days prior to this meeting.
