NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS

Separate sealed BIDS for the construction of the Clipper/Western
Water Conservation Project will be received by Cottonwood Creek
Consolidated Irrigation Company at the office of The Engineer,
Johansen and Tuttle Engineering at 90 South 100 East - PO Box 487 -
Castle Dale, UT 84513 until 2:00 p.m. March 21, 2011, and then
opened and publicly read aloud.
A bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid, made
payable to the Owner, shall accompany the Bid.
Major items of work:
1. 6-inch HDPE Pipe - 5,100 feet
2. 8-inch HDPE Pipe - 10,100 feet
3. 12-inch HDPE Pipe - 1,700 feet
4. 14-inch HDPE Pipe - 3,800 feet
5. 16-inch HDPE Pipe - 6,800 feet
6. 18-inch HDPE Pipe - 2,350 feet
7. 30-inch HDPE Pipe - 6,700 feet
8. 36-inch HDPE Pipe - 6,100 feet
9. 42-inch HDPE Pipe - 1,000 feet
The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive
any formality or technicality in any bid in its interest.
Prospective bidders may assemble at the office of Johansen and Tuttle
Engineering, March 11, 2011, at 10:00 a.m., for the group showing.
Attendance at the project pre-site-show meeting and site-show is
mandatory and is prerequisite to submitting a bid for the project.
Bidding Contractors, or a duly authorized representative, must arrive
at the Project Engineer's office for said meeting and site-showing, at
Johansen and Tuttle Engineering, 90 South 100 East, Castle Dale, UT.
The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be examined at the office of the Engineer:
Johansen and Tuttle Engineering, Inc., 90 South 100 East, Castle Dale,
Utah 84513, and obtained upon payment of $50.00 for each set,
non-refundable.
