Emery Town Council will hold a Public Hearing at 6:00 pm on Tues., Mar
8, 2011 at the Emery Town Community Center located at 76 North 100
West, Emery, UT 84522. The purpose of this hearing is to approve
Resolutions regarding Seasonal water rates, Mine Line water rates,
water overage rates, town signs, air compressor and power washer for
the Fire Dept., Emery Town Development Code and Annexation policy. The
regularly scheduled council meeting will follow.
