Loan No. xxxxxx4984. IMPORTANT NOTICE TO PROPERTY OWNER: YOU ARE IN
DEFAULT UNDER A DEED OF TRUST, DATED May 19, 2003. UNLESS YOU TAKE
ACTION TO PROTECT YOUR PROPERTY, IT MAY BE SOLD AT A PUBLIC SALE. IF

LAWYER. On March 25, 2011, at 12:00pm, James H. Woodall, as duly
appointed Trustee under a Deed of Trust recorded May 23, 2003, as
Instrument No. 364493, in Book 301, Page 92, of the Official Records
in the office at the County Recorder of Emery County, State of Utah,
executed by Shirley M Partis An Unmarried Woman, will sell at public
auction to highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the United
States at the time of sale. Successful bidders must tender a deposit
of $5,000 in certified funds to the trustee at the time of sale, with
the balance due by noon the following business day, at the office of
the Trustee. At the main entrance to the emery county courthouse 560
West 1850 North Castle Dale Utah all right, title and interest
conveyed to and now held by it under said Deed of Trust in the
property situated in said County and State described as: Beginning
16.5 feet north from the southeast corner of lot 4, block 35,
Huntington townsite survey; thence north 70 feet; thence west 190
feet; thence south 70 feet; thence east 190 feet to point of
beginning. The street address and other common designation of the real
property described above is purported to be: 65 N 200 E (a.k.a: 55
North 200 East) Huntington  Ut  84528. Estimated Total Debt as of
March 25, 2011 is $54,278.86. The undersigned Trustee disclaims any
liability for any incorrectness of the street address and other common
designation, if any, shown herein. Said sale will be made without
covenant or warranty, express or implied, regarding title, possession,
condition or encumbrances, including fees, charges and expenses of the
Trustee and of the trusts created by said Deed of Trust, to pay the
remaining principal sums of the note(s) secured by said Deed of Trust.
 The current beneficiary of the Trust Deed as of the date of this
notice is: Gmac Mortgage, Llc. The record owner of the property as of
the recording of the Notice of Default is/are: Shirley M. Partis.
