for an Asbestos Survey and Assessment of the Old Road
Shop/Communication Buildings
Emery County is accepting proposals for an asbestos survey and
assessment of the old Road Shop/Communication buildings. The
buildings are located at 85 W. Esquire Parkway, Castle Dale, Utah and
are approximately 5125 square feet.
Proposals will be accepted until May 20, 2011 at 5:00 p.m. and should
be submitted to the Emery County Clerk/Auditor's Office at 75 East
Main Street, Castle Dale, Utah 84513 or faxed to 435-381-5183.
Proposals will be opened and considered for approval in the regular
scheduled commission meeting on May 24, 2011 at 9:00 a.m.
A mandatory site showing will be held May 13, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at
85 W. Esquire Parkway. Castle Dale, UT 84513
Emery County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. For
