NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Tom & Kristin Potter Minor Subdivision

 The Emery County Building & Zoning Department will hold a public
hearing on Monday, May 16, 2011 at 8:30 am in the Planning & Zoning
Office, 2nd Floor, 75 East Main St, Castle Dale, Utah, to receive
input on a proposed one lot minor subdivision located in the SW/4 OF
THE SW/4 of SECTION 8, T17S, R9E, SB&M.  The subdivision application
was received from Tom & Kristin Potter.

 The proposed subdivision is for the following property within Emery
County:  

 BEG S 01O07'42"E ALONG SEC LINE 1535.80 FT & N 89O35'24"E 50.00
FT,W/4 COR,SEC 8, TWP 17 S,R 9 E;N 89O35'24"E 543.88 FT TO W'LY FENCE
LINE OF AN EXISTING ROAD;TH ALONG SAID LINE S 00O10'19"W 475.27 FT;S
89O25'42"W 533.08 FT;N 01O07'42"W 476.79 FT TO PT OF BEG. 5.88 ACRES.

 Following the public hearing, the Zoning Administrator, serving as
the Land Use Authority will consider approval of the application for
the subdivision.
