 Separate sealed BIDS for the construction of the Little Wild Horse
Road Wash Crossings Project #1013-11-01 will be received by Emery
County Special Service District #1 at the office of The Engineer,
Johansen & Tuttle Engineering until 2:00 p.m. , June 1st, 2011, and
then opened and publicly read aloud.

 A bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid, made
payable to the Owner, shall accompany the Bid.

 Major items of work:
  1. Untreated Base Course 1,265 C.Y. 
  2. Granular Borrow 7,290 C.Y.
  3. Portland Cement Concrete Pavement 480 C.Y.
  4. 42-inch CSPA 159 L.F.

 The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive
any formality or technicality in any bid in the interest of the

 Prospective bidders may assembly on site, at Little Wild Horse Creek,
May 25th, 2011, at 12:00 p.m. (noon), for the group showing.

 Attendance at the project pre-site-show meeting and site-show is
mandatory and a prerequisite to submitting a bid for the project.
Bidding Contractors, or a duly authorized representative, must arrive
on-site, at Little Wild Horse Creek, for said meeting.

 The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be examined at the office of the Engineer:
Johansen & Tuttle Engineering, Inc. 90 South 100 East Castle Dale,
Utah 84513 and obtained upon payment of $50.00 for each set,
