    	APN: 01-0258-0050 Trust No. 1311029-07 Ref: Bradly A. Curtis TRA:
Loan No. xxxxxx8983. IMPORTANT NOTICE TO PROPERTY OWNER: YOU ARE IN
DEFAULT UNDER A DEED OF TRUST, DATED December 23, 2003. UNLESS YOU
TAKE ACTION TO PROTECT YOUR PROPERTY, IT MAY BE SOLD AT A PUBLIC SALE.

LAWYER. On July 15, 2011, at 12:00pm, James H. Woodall, as duly
appointed Trustee under a Deed of Trust recorded December 31, 2003, as
Instrument No. 366396, in Book 308, Page 567, of the Official Records
in the office at the County Recorder of Emery County, State of Utah,
executed by Bradly A. Curtis and Spouse, Holly Curtis, will sell at
public auction to highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the
United States at the time of sale. Successful bidders must tender a
deposit of $5,000 in certified funds to the trustee at the time of
sale, with the balance due by noon the following business day, at the
office of the Trustee. At the main entrance to the emery county
courthouse 560 West 1850 North Castle Dale Utah all right, title and
interest conveyed to and now held by it under said Deed of Trust in
the property situated in said County and State described as: Lot 50,
cottonwood cove subdivision, plat "a", as amended according to the
subdivision plat thereof recorded december 28, 1977. The street
address and other common designation of the real property described
above is purported to be: 320 Cottonwood View Drive (a.k.a; 330 North
Cottonwood View) Orangeville  Ut  84537. Estimated Total Debt as of
July 15, 2011 is $66,035.06. The undersigned Trustee disclaims any
liability for any incorrectness of the street address and other common
designation, if any, shown herein. Said sale will be made without
covenant or warranty, express or implied, regarding title, possession,
condition or encumbrances, including fees, charges and expenses of the
Trustee and of the trusts created by said Deed of Trust, to pay the
remaining principal sums of the note(s) secured by said Deed of Trust.
 The current beneficiary of the Trust Deed as of the date of this
notice is: The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, National
Association Fka The Bank Of New York Trust Company, N.a. As Successor
To Jpmorgan Chase Bank N.a. As Trustee. The record owner of the
