PUBLIC NOTICE

 Notice is hereby given that a Municipal Election for Ferron City will
be held this year to elect persons to the following offices: 

Three (3) Council Members - 4 year term

 A Candidate Guide to the Elections is available at the office of City
Recorder during the City's regular business hours. Candidates must be
a United States Citizen, a registered voter of Ferron City, and must
have resided in Ferron for a period of 12 consecutive months preceding
the date of the election.

 Qualified persons wishing to file for candidacy for the office of
council member shall file a declaration of candidacy form in person
with Adele Justice, City Recorder, during regular business hours
between July 1 and not later than 5:00 p.m. on July 15, 2011 at the
City Recorder's Office located at 20 East Main Street, Ferron Utah.
