Castle Dale City will hold a public hearing on August 11, 2011 at
7:00 p.m. in the Castle Dale City Hall located at 65 East 100 North in
Castle Dale, Utah for the purpose of considering the rezoning of the
following described property from R-1 to CC-1L
BEG 742.5 N & 420.75 FT E.SW COR, NE/4 SE/4, SEC 33, TWP 18 S.R. 8 E;
TH E 107.25 FT; S 62.5 FT M/L TO ST RD COM R/W; SW'LY ALONG SAID R/W
141 FT; N 156.5 FT TO BEG. 0.27 ACRES.
Also the triangle area of land adjacent to the above described
property known as the triangle park.
All interested citizens are invited to attend and express their views
regarding the rezoning of these two parcels of property.
