	The following described property will be sold at public auction to
the higest bidder, payable in lawful money of the United States at the
time of sale, at the front steps of the Emery County Courthouse in
Castle Dale, Utah on 25fh day of August, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. for the
purpose of foreclosing a Deed of Trust executed by Robert Dale
Umpenhour, as Trustor, in favor of K & C Gilbert Family, LC,
Beneficiary and Emery County Abstract and Title, Inc. as Trustee,
covering real property located in Emery County, Utah and more
particularly described as follows:

	Property address is 488 West 400 North, Huntington, UT 84528

Tax ID#01-177D-0016

BEGINNING 66 feet North and 497.87 feet West of the Southeast corner
of the NE1/4 NW1/4 of Section 24, Township 17 South, Range 8 East,
SLB&M, thence West 100 feeet; thence North 120 feet; thence East 100
feet; thence South 120 feet to the point of beginning.
