Boyd and Mary Ellen Nielson of Huntington are pleased to announce the marriage of their son, Michael ("Moydie"), to Lindsey Marie Sowards, daughter of Martin and Lorna Sowards of Alamosa, Colo. They will be married in the Nauvoo Temple on Aug. 13, 2011.

A wedding reception will be held in their honor on Aug. 16 in Alamosa, Colo.

Michael and Lindsey will make their home in Provo, Utah, where they are working and attending school.
