Aug.19, 2011 marked the 50th Wedding Anniversary of Dixon Mervin Peacock and Talma Ann Luke Peacock of Orangeville. Their marriage was later solemnized and their children sealed to them in the Manti temple, Jan. 25, 1975. Together they have four children: Bert (Belinda) Peacock of Castle Dale, Michael (Toni) Peacock of Nibley, Gary (Angie) Peacock of Orangeville, and Tammy (Yory) Allred of Castle Dale. They have 14 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Their family will help them celebrate their anniversary with an open house, Aug. 27 at The Old Fire House in Orangeville from 5-6 p.m. No gifts, please.
