The Emery County Local Building Authority (LBA) is accepting
request for proposals for a project manager/architect/engineer over a
kitchen remodel project at the Huntington Senior Center located at 176
W. 100 N. Huntington, Utah. The project will include, but not
limited to, carpentry, painting, electrical and plumbing.
RFPs will be received by the LBA until 5:00 p.m., September 12,
2011 at the Emery County Clerk/Auditor Office, 75 East Main Street,
Castle Dale, Utah 84513 (435) 381-5106. Proposals will be opened and
read aloud at the regularly scheduled LBA meeting on September 13,
2011 immediately following the Emery County commission meeting.
Prospective bidders may contact Laurie Pitchforth at 435-381-2119
for further information before bid opening. The owner reserves the
right to reject any of all bids or to waive any formality or
technicality in any bid in the interest of the owner.
