The family of Ralph and Karen Moosman are pleased to announce their 50th wedding anniversary on Friday, Sept. 23. The couple was married Sept. 23, 1961.
You are welcome to attend an open house in their honor on Saturday, Sept. 17 from 5-8 p.m. at the Elmo City Hall, 75 S. 100 E.
