 	Separate sealed BIDS for the construction of the Emery Town Water
Improvements Project 2012 Re-Bid, which includes construction of 6,655
LF of 63-inch dia. HDPE pipe, 8,635 LF of 54-inch dia. HDPE pipe, one
diversion structures (including piping and mechanical equipment),
irrigation turnouts, connection to existing water treatment plant,
excavation, and other misc. improvements will be received by Emery
Town at the office of Jones & DeMille Engineering, Inc., 1535 South
100 West, Richfield, UT 84701, until 3:00 p.m., January 19, 2012.
There will be no public BID opening, and the BID will include a
qualification based selection process.
 
 	The BIDDING DOCUMENTS (available December 28, 2011) may be examined
at Jones & DeMille Engineering and the following:
 
 1. McGraw Hill - AGC, 2195 West 5400 South, Suite 101, Taylorsville,
UT
 
 2. AGC - McGraw Hill, 230 North 1680 East, B-1, St. George, UT
 
 	Copies of BIDDING DOCUMENTS may be obtained at the office of Jones &
DeMille Engineering, 1535 South 100 West, Richfield, UT 84701 Phone #
435-896-8266, upon payment of $40.00 each set or electronic copy for
$20.00, no part of which will be refunded.
 
 	A mandatory pre-bid conference/site inspection will be held at 3:00
p.m., on Wednesday, January 11, 2012, beginning at Emery Town Hall
Offices, 65 N Center St, Emery, UT 84522. BIDs will be accepted from
any qualified contractor.
