DEFAULT UNDER A DEED OF TRUST DATED February 28, 2005. UNLESS YOU TAKE

executed by BYRON ALEXANDER SHAKESPAERE II AND JUDITH STEPHANIE
SHAKESPAERE, HUSBAND AND WIFE, AS JOINT TENANTS WILL SELL AT PUBLIC
AUCTION TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER, PAYABLE IN LAWFUL MONEY OF THE UNITED
STATES AT THE TIME OF SALE. SUCCESSFUL BIDDERS MUST TENDER A DEPOSIT
OF $20,000 IN CERTIFIED FUNDS TO THE TRUSTEE AT THE TIME OF SALE, WITH
THE BALANCE DUE BY NOON THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY, AT THE OFFICE OF
THE TRUSTEE. AT THE MAIN ENTRANCE OF THE EMERY COUNTY DISTRICT COURT,

other common designation of the real property described above is
purported to be: 490 North 200 East Ferron, UT 84523 The undersigned
Trustee disclaims any liability for any incorrectness of the street
address and other common designation, if any, shown herein. Said sale
will be made without covenant or warranty, express or implied,
regarding title, possession, condition, or encumbrances, including
fees, charges, expenses of the Trustee and of the trusts created by
said Deed of Trust, to pay the remaining principle sums of the note(s)
secured by said Deed of Trust. The current beneficiary of the Deed of
