The annual stockholders meeting of Cottonwood Creek Consolidated
Irrigation company will be held Saturday, January 21, 2012, in the Old
Fire Station Community Center, Orangeville, Utah, at 1:00 P.M. One
matter to come before the Shareholders shall be that of the adoption
of an Amended Article VIII & Article IX - Board of Directors in the
Amended and Restated Articles of Incorporation in the form attached to
this Notice. Purpose of the meeting is to elect board members: three
(3) from the Mammoth Canal, Two (2) from the Clipper and Western Canal
and two (2) from the Blue Cut Canal and to conduct any other business
that might come before the stockholders at that time

Note: Only stockholders who have paid their assessments are eligible
to participate and vote.
