Castle Dale City will hold a public hearing February 9, 2012 in
the Castle Dale City Hall located at 65 East 100 North, Castle Dale,
Utah at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of receiving input regarding the
passage of Ordinance 2-9-12 - Castle Dale City's Noise Ordinance.
This ordinance establishes the rules and penalties governing dangerous
and nuisance noise within the limits of Castle Dale City.
A copy of this proposed ordinance is available for review
in the Castle Dale City Hall during normal working hours.
Everyone is welcome to attend this hearing
