Notice to the Citizens of Emery County of
Emery Water Conservancy District Board of District Vacancies

Public Notice is hereby given that the Emery County Board of
Commissioners is seeking applicants for three (3) board vacancies on
the Emery Water Conservancy District. This is a 4 year appointment.
Any registered voter, living in the district boundaries is eligible to
apply. A volunteer action form is on-line at www.emerycounty.com or
at the Clerk/Auditor=s office during regular business hours. The
volunteer form will need to be returned to the Clerk/Auditor=s office,
P.O. Box 907, Castle Dale, Utah 84513 by February 29, 2012 at the
close of business. These appointments will be made on or about March
13, 2012 in a regularly scheduled commission meeting. Any interested
candidate will be allowed to be heard at this meeting prior to the
appointment.
Emery Water Conservancy District
Number of vacancies: three (3)- (4 year term)
The Emery Water Conservancy District meets at least quarterly on
Fridays at 3:30 p.m. in their offices located 50 S 100 E., Castle
Dale, UT 84513. The board has a total of seven (7) members and
oversees operations of the district.
