There are delinquent upon the following stock, on account of
assessment levied on the 1st day of November, 2011.

and in accordance with law and an order of the board of directors made
on the 13th of January 2012, so many shares of each parcel of such
stock as may be necessary will be sold at the South Main Entrance,
Castle Dale City Hall, Utah on March 14, 2012, at 12:00 p.m. to pay
the delinquent assessments thereon, together with the cost of
advertising and expenses of the sale. Only whole shares will be sold.
Excess payment will be returned to the owner of the certificate or
credited to his account.
