Notice is hereby given that the Ferron City Council will hold a
Public Hearing in conjunction with the regular City Council Meeting on
May 10, 2012 beginning at 7:00 p.m. in the Ferron City Hall located at
20 East Main, Ferron, Utah. The purpose of the public hearing will be
as follows:
1. To receive public comments on the proposed annexation of real
property within the areas defined in the Master Plan for future
expansion by Ferron City and owned by Robert Hagara and David Dendler.
The property is located approximately 1005 East Bench Road in Ferron
and the complete legal description and map is available for review at
the office of the City Recorder.
