IMPORTANT NOTICE TO PROPERTY OWNER YOU ARE IN DEFAULT UNDER A DEED OF
TRUST, DATED March 24, 2000 UNLESS YOU TAKE ACTION TO PROTECT YOUR
PROPERTY, IT MAY BE SOLD AT A PUBLIC SALE.  IF YOU NEED AN EXPLANATION
OF THE NATURE OF THE PROCEEDING AGAINST YOU, YOU SHOULD CONTACT A
LAWYER. On June 01, 2012, at 12:00pm, James H. Woodall, as duly
appointed Trustee under and pursuant to Deed of Trust recorded March
29, 2000, as inst. No. 450877, in book 0545, page 484, of Official
Records in the office of the County Recorder of Emery County, State of
Utah executed by Randy Kyle and Spouse, Lois Kyle Aka Lois A. Weber 
WILL SELL AT PUBLIC AUCTION TO HIGHEST BIDDER, PAYABLE IN LAWFUL MONEY
OF THE UNITED STATES AT THE TIME OF SALE, (Successful bidders must
tender a deposit of $20,000 in certified funds to the Trustee at the
time of sale, with the balance due by noon the following business day,
at the office of the Trustee), At the main entrance to the emery
county courthouse 560 West 1850 North Castle Dale, Utah all right,
title and interest conveyed to and now held by it under said Deed of
Trust in the property situated in said County and State described as:
All of lot 7 and the north 10 feet of lot 6, ross subdivision amended,
according to the official plat thereof. The street address and other
common designation, if any, of the real property described above is
purported to be: 158 North 480 East (aka 170 North 945 East) Green
River  Ut  84525 Estimated Total Debt as of June 01, 2012 is
$66,725.74. The undersigned Trustee disclaims any liability for any
incorrectness of the street address and other common designation, if
any, shown herein.  Said sale will be made, but without covenant or
warranty, express or implied, regarding title, possession, condition,
or encumbrances, including fees, charges and expenses of the Trustee
and of the trusts created by said Deed of Trust, to pay the remaining
principle sums of the note(s) secured by said Deed of Trust.  The
current beneficiary of the Trust Deed as of the date of this notice
is: The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, National Association
Fka The Bank Of New York Trust Company, N.a. As Successor To Jpmorgan
Chase Bank N.a. As Trustee  and the record owners of the property as
of the recording of the Notice of Default is/are: Randy Kyle and Lois
