NOTICE OF HEARING
Castle Dale City will hold a public hearing May 10, 2012 at 7:00
p.m. in the Castle Dale City Hall located at 65 East 100 North, Castle
Dale, Utah for the purpose of discussing the proposed changes and
adoption of the City's "Ordinance relating to the sale and use of
Fireworks". These amendments are needed to bring the current city
ordinance into compliance with the recent changes to the State
requirements and amendments.
A copy of the proposed ordinance can be obtained at the Castle Dale
City Hall during normal working hours.
