IMPORTANT NOTICE TO PROPERTY OWNER. YOU ARE IN DEFAULT UNDER A DEED OF
TRUST DATED July 17, 2009. UNLESS YOU TAKE ACTION TO PROTECT YOUR
PROPERTY, IT MAY BE SOLD AT A PUBLIC SALE. IF YOU NEED AN EXPLANATION

SELL AT PUBLIC AUCTION TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER, PAYABLE IN LAWFUL MONEY

TENDER A DEPOSIT OF $20,000 IN CERTIFIED FUNDS TO THE TRUSTEE AT THE

Published in the Emery County Progress May 15, 22 and 29, 2012.t will
be received by Helper City located at 73 South Main, Helper, Utah,
until 1:45 pm local time on June 14, 2012. Bids will be publicly
opened and read aloud at the Helper City Council Chambers located at
19 South Main in Helper at 2:15 pm. Work to be performed includes
routine maintenance of an existing spring collection area consisting
of clearing the spring collection area of overgrown trees and
vegetation and install approximately 10,000 feet of new stock fence
around the springs. The owner requires the project to be substantially
completed by August 17, 2012. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be
held on June 7, 2012 at 9:00 am at the information kiosk located just
west of the intersection of Hwy 96 and Hwy 6 near Soldier Summit.
Bidding documents will be available on May 31, 2012. They can be
obtained at the office of Franson Civil Engineers located at 1276
South 820 East #100, American Fork, Utah, upon payment of
non-refundable amount of $50.00 for each set, payable to Franson Civil
Engineers. The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all
proposals, or to waive any informality in part or in whole if it is
