TO PROPERTY OWNER YOU ARE IN DEFAULT UNDER A DEED OF TRUST DATED
October7, 2003. UNLESS YOU TAKE ACTION TO PROTECT YOUR PROPERTY, IT
MAY BE SOLD AT A PUBLIC SALE. IF YOU NEED AN EXPLANATION OF THIS

p.m., James H. Woodall, as duly appointed Trustee under a Deed of
Trust recorded October 30, 2003, as Entry No. 365916, in Book 306, at
Page 830, of the official records in the office at the County Recorder
of EMERY County, State of Utah executed by GILBERT K LAMB AND DORIS E.
LAMB, HUSBAND AND WIFE WILL SELL AT PUBLIC AUCTION TO HIGHEST BIDDER,
PAYABLE IN LAWFUL MONEY OF THE UNITED STATES AT THE TIME OF SALE.
SUCCESSFUL BiDDERS MUST TENDER A DEPOSIT OF $20,000 IN CERTIFIED FUNDS
TO THE TRUSTEE AT THE TIME OF SALE, WITH THE BALANCE DUE BY NOON THE
FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY, AT THE OFFICE OF THE TRUSTEE. AT THE MAIN
ENTRANCE OF THE EMERY COUNTY DISTRICT COURT, 560 WEST 1850 NORTH,

FEET EAST OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE NE1/4SE1/4 OF SECTION 33,
TOWNSHIP IS SOUTH, RANGE 8 EAST, SLB&M, THENCE EAST 107.25 FEET;
THENCE SOUTH 62.5 FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO THE STATE ROAD COMMISSION
RIGHT-OF- WAY; THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY ALONG SAID RIGHT-OF-WAY 141 FEET;
THENCE NORTH 159.5 FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. The
street address and other common designation of the real property
described above is purported to be: 155 West Main Street Castle Dale,
Utah 84513. The undersigned Trustee disclaims any liability for any
incorrectness of the street address and other common designation, if
any, shown herein. Said sale will be made without covenant or
warranty, express or implied, regarding title, possession, condition
or encumbrances, including fees, charges and expenses of the Trustee
and of the trusts created by said Deed of Trust, to pay the remaining
principal sums of the note(s) secured by said Deed of Trust.  The
current beneficiary of the Trust Deed as of the date of this notice
is: WELLS FARGO BANK, NA. The record owners of the property as of the
recording of the Notice of Default are GILBERT R. LAMB AND DORIS E.
