approximately 15 miles northwest of Castle Dale and six miles
northeast of Joe's Valley Reservoir, in the Cottonwood Creek drainage
and Trail Mountain areas of the Manti-La Sal National Forest.

This decision is not subject to appeal pursuant to 36 CFR 251.12(e)

Implementation of the project may begin immediately after publication
