Kody Eldon Holmes, son of Eldon and Vicky Holmes, will receive his Eagle Scout rank at a Court of Honor Sept. 1 at 2 p.m. at the Cleveland LDS Church. He is a member of Troop 385 of Cleveland.

Kody built and installed a "Welcome to Cleveland" sign for Cleveland Town as his eagle project. He wants to recognize the following for their help and donations for his project: Cleveland Town, Magnuson Lumber, Worley Jensen Monument, Quality Building Stone, Jones Ace Hardware, Castle Valley Co-op/Huntington, DeMar Guymon, and Ray and Donna Quinn.
