	Notice is hereby given that Huntington City will need to appoint a
registered voter of the municipality to fill the position of council
member which will be vacated as of September 30, 2012. The appointment
will be until December 2013 following the next municipal election.
This vacancy will be filled during the council meeting scheduled for
Wednesday, September 19, 2012 at 6:30 p.m. at Huntington City Hall, 20
South Main, Huntington, Utah.

	Anyone interested in applying for the position of council member must
complete a Declaration of Candidacy form and have it into City Hall
during regular business hours on or before September 14, 2012. The
person appointed to fill the position must be a U.S. citizen at time
of filing, registered voter of the municipality and be a resident of
the municipality for a period of 365 consecutive days.

City, hereby certify that the foregoing notice was posted in three
public place on August 22, 2012 and provided to the Emery County
