Castle Dale City will hold a public hearing on September 13, 2012 at
7:00 p.m. in the Castle Dale City Hall located at 65 East 100 North,
Castle Dale, Utah.
The purpose of this hearing will be to discuss and take a final vote
to approve the filing of an eminent domain action to acquire property
on Main Street in Castle Dale for the construction of a new City Hall.
This property is located between approximately 50 East Main to and
including approximately 70 East Main.
All interested individuals are urged to be in attendance.
