Pipeline needs identification

The Emery County Office of Emergency Management needs information on this exposed pipeline that crosses the Huntington Creek at the Rocky Mountain Power Research Farm along SR-31. They need to know who owns this pipeline and what it's been used for in the past. Anyone with information should contact Capt. Kyle Ekker at 435-381-2404
