CHAD V. YOUNG, an individual and ARLO YOUNG, in his capacity as
Personal Representative of the Estate of Wilma Paulette Young,
deceased
Petitioners,
v.
RAELYN SWASEY and RODNEY WILLIAM SWASEY, husband and wife; ROBERT
MCBROON, LAVORA TORGENSEN, and LAVINA HORNE, tenants in common; EMERY
COUNTY; the UTAH DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION; HILDA OLSEN, her heirs,
assigns, and any person claiming interest by and through her and all
other persons, unknown claiming any right, title, estate, lien or
interest in the real property described in this Complaint adverse to
Plaintiffs' ownership, or any cloud upon Plaintiffs' title thereto, or
interest therein.

	TO: ALL PERSONS, UNKNOWN CLAIMING ANY RIGHT, TITLE, ESTATE, LIEN OR
INTEREST IN THE REAL PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN THIS SUMMONS ADVERSE TO
PLAINTIFFS' OWNERSHIP, OR ANY CLOUD UPON PLAINTIFFS' TITLE THERETO, OR
INTEREST THEREIN.

	YOU ARE NOW SUMMONED and required to file an Answer in writing to the
Amended Complaint with the Clerk of the court at 1850 N. 560 W. (PO
Box 635), Castle Dale, UT, 84513, and to serve upon or mail to counsel
for Petitioner at 635 North Main, Suite 669, Richfield, Utah 84701, a
copy of said Answer within twenty (20) days after service of this
Summons upon you. Judgment by default will be taken against you for
the relief demanded in the Petition if you fail to answer.

	This is an action to quiet title to the following real property
situated in Emery County, State of Utah:

	PARCEL 1: BEGINNING AT A POINT LOCATED SOUTH 00°36'59" WEST ALONG
THE WEST LINE OF SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 22 SOUTH, RANGE 6 EAST, SALT LAKE
BASE & MERIDIAN, 100.74 FEET AND EAST 304.77 FEET FROM THE NORTHWEST
CORNER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SAID
SECTION 3, SAID POINT OF BEGINNING ALSO BEING LOCATED ON THE SOUTH
SIDE OF AN EXISTING ROAD AS MARKED BY EXISTING FENCE LINES AND FENCE
LINES EXTENDED; THENCE SOUTH 01°09'30" EAST 146.73 FEET TO A FENCE
LINE EXTENDED; THENCE SOUTH 88°02'40" WEST ALONG SAID FENCE LINE
EXTENDED AND AN EXISTING FENCE LINE 155.77 FEET; THENCE NORTH
01°09'30" WEST THROUGH THE MID POINT OF THE NORTH SIDE OF AN
EXISTING SHED 148.90 FEET TO THE SOUTH LINE OF AN EXISTING ROAD AS
MARKED BY AN EXISTING FENCE LINE; THENCE NORTH 88°50'30" EAST ALONG
THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID EXISTING ROAD AS MARKED BY AN EXISTING FENCE
AND FENCE LINE EXTENDED 155.75 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.

	PARCEL 2: BEGINNING AT A POINT LOCATED S00°36'59"W ALONG THE WEST
LINE OF SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 22 SOUTH, RANGE 6 EAST, SALT LAKE BASE &
MERIDIAN, 96.67 FEET AND EAST 505.91 FEET FROM THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF
THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SAID SECTION 3, SAID
POINT OF BEGINNING ALSO BEING LOCATED AT AN EXISTING FENCE CORNER ON
THE SOUTH SIDE OF AN EXISTING ROAD; THENCE SOUTH 00°15'05"EAST
ALONG AN EXISTING FENCE LINE 247.49 FEET TO AN EXISTING FENCE CORNER;
THENCE SOUTH 83°24'03" WEST ALONG AN EXISTING FENCE LINE 252.99
FEET TO AN EXISTING FENCE CORNER; THENCE NORTH 10°37'55" WEST ALONG
AN EXISTING FENCE LINE 9.34 FEET TO AN EXISTING FENCE CORNER; THENCE
NORTH 00°27'24" EAST ALONG AN EXISTING FENCE LINE 114.81 FEET TO AN
EXISTING FENCE CORNER; THENCE NORTH 88°02'40" EAST ALONG A FENCE
LINE EXTENDED 52.86 FEET; THENCE NORTH 01°09'30" WEST 146.73 FEET
TO THE SOUTH SIDE OF SAID EXISTING ROAD AS MARKED BY EXISTING FENCE
LINES AND FENCE LINES EXTENDED; THENCE NORTH 88°50'30" EAST ALONG
THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID EXISTING ROAD AND ALONG A FENCE LINE EXTENDED
AND AN EXISTING FENCE LINE 201.22 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
