NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR REPLACEMENT
CERTIFICATES
Huntington-Cleveland Irrigation Company has received a Request from
Andalex Resources, Inc. who asserts that Share Certificate No's. A
3417, A 3465, A 3592 for 75.00, 50.00, 330.00 shares in the Company
have been lost, destroyed, or stolen, and that they are the rightful
owners of these certificates. An interested person may file a written
notice of objection with the Company explaining why a replacement
certificate should not be issued. Unless the Company receives a
written notice of objection within sixty (60) days of this notice,
replacement certificates will be issued as requested and the original
share certificates will be permanently canceled on the record of the
Company Request for Replacement Certificates.
