 NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE

	The following described property will be sold at public auction to
the highest bidder, without warranty as to title, possession, liens,
encumbrances or condition, payable in lawful money of the United
States, at the main entrance of the Emery County Courthouse, Seventh
District Court, 1850 North 560 West, Castle Dale, Utah, on Thursday,
January 3, 2013, at 12:00 Noon, for the purpose of foreclosing a Deed
of Trust dated April 27, 2011, executed by MEATSHOP LLC, as Trustor,
in favor of ZIONS FIRST NATIONAL BANK, as Beneficiary, covering  real
property located in Emery County, State of Utah, and more particularly
described as follows:

	Beginning at a point 625.8 feet South of the center of Section 18,
Township 17 South, Range 9 East, SLB&M; thence South 800.42 feet, more
or less to the North right-of-way of Old State Highway 10; thence
North 68°01'33" East along said right-of-way 629.42 feet; thence
North 66°55' West 26.1 feet; thence along a normal curve to the
right with a radius of 150 feet for an arc length of 99.2 feet; thence
North 29°02' West 22.6 feet; thence along a normal curve to the
left with a radius of 101.7 feet for an arc length of 20.5 feet;
thence North 40°35' West 98.2 feet; thence North 49°25' East 20
feet; thence North 40°35' West 108.6 feet; thence along a normal
curve to the left with a radius of 70 feet for an arc length of 81.5
feet; thence South 17°16' East 20 feet; thence South 72°44' West
10.8 feet; thence along a normal curve to the right with a radius of
100 feet for an arc length of 118.6 feet; thence North 39°18'West
165.3 feet; thence North 24°03'50" West 135.54 feet to the point of
beginning.

	Subject to a Deed of Easement executed by Floyd McKee and Reva McKee
in favor of the United States of America, recorded March 18, 1968 in
Book 57, at Page 271. Including but not limited to the right to seep,
overflow, flood and inundate with water from the Huntington North Dam
and Reservoir over and across the subject property.

	Less therefrom any portion that may lie within 400 East, which lies
along the West boundary.

	Less therefrom that portion conveyed to Johnson's Diesel Service
recorded July 31, 2007, as Entry No. 383880, described as follows:

	Beginning at a point 625.8 feet South of the center of Section 18,
Township 17 South, Range 9 East, SLB&M; thence South 475.42 feet;
thence Northeasterly 500 feet, more or less to an old canal; thence
Northwesterly along said canal to the point of beginning. Situate in
Emery County, State of Utah.

	TOGETHER WITH all existing or subsequently erected or affixed
buildings, improvements and fixtures; all easements, rights of way,
and appurtenances; all water, water rights and ditch rights (including
stock in utilities with ditch or irrigation rights); and all other
rights, royalties, and profits relating to the real property,
including without limitation all minerals, oil, gas, geothermal and
similar matters.

	The street address of the property is purported to be 790 North 400
East, Huntington, Utah 84528.  The undersigned disclaims any liability
for any error in the street address.

	The current Beneficiary of the Deed of Trust is ZIONS FIRST NATIONAL
BANK and the record owner of the property as of the recording of the
Notice of Default is reported to be MEATSHOP, LLC, a Utah Limited
Liability Company.

	Bidders must be prepared to tender to the Successor Trustee a $10,000
deposit at the time of the sale with the balance delivered by 12:00
noon the following business day to Trustee's office located at 15 West
South Temple, Suite 1700, Salt Lake City, Utah 84101.  The deposit
must be in the form of a cashier's check, bank official check, or U.S.
Postal money order, payable to Prince, Yeates & Geldzahler.  The
balance must be in the form of a cashier's check, bank official check,
U.S. Postal money order, or by wire transfer, payable to Prince,
Yeates & Geldzahler.

	In addition Beneficiary may, pursuant to the Utah Commercial Code,
cause any personal property described in the Deed in which Beneficiary
was granted a lien to be sold in connection with the real property.

	THIS NOTICE IS AN ATTEMPT TO COLLECT A DEBT, AND ANY INFORMATION
OBTAINED WILL BE USED FOR THAT PURPOSE.
