   NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING OF
THE SHAREHOLDERS OF
COTTONWOOD CREEK CONSOLIDATED 
IRRIGATION COMPANY

	The annual stockholders meeting of the Cottonwood Creek Consolidated
Irrigation Company will be held Saturday January 19, 2013 in the Old
Fire Station Community Center, Orangeville, Utah, at 1:00 P.M. 
Purpose of the meeting is to elect board members; three (3) from the
Mammoth Canal, two (2) from the Clipper and Western Canal, Two (2)
from the Blue Cut Canal and one (1) from the Industrial-Municipal
users and to conduct any other business that might come before the
stockholders at that time.

	Note:    Only stockholders who have paid their assessments are
eligible to participate and vote.
