NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE

	The following described real property will be sold at public auction
to the highest bidder, purchase price payable in lawful money of the
United States of America at the time of sale, 111 at the main entrance
of the Seventh Judicial District Courthouse, 560 West 1850 North,
Castle Dale,  Utah, on Friday,  February 15, 2013, at the hour of
12:00 noon of that day for the purpose of foreclosing a deed of trust
originally executed by Desery Lynn Martinez, in favor of Residential
Mortgage & Investment, Inc., covering real property located at
approximately 260 West 100 North, Orangeville, Emery County, Utah, and
more particularly described as:

BEGINNING 124.5 FEET EAST OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 1, BLOCK 2,
CHRISTEANSEN SUBDIVISION, ORANGEVILLE TOWNSITE SURVEY; AND RUNNING
THENCE NORTH 124.5 FEET; THENCE EAST 90.0 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 124.5
FEET; THENCE WEST 90.0 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.  SITUATE IN
EMERY COUNTY, STATE OF UTAH.    01-0256-0013

	The current beneficiary of the trust deed is Deutsche Bank National
Trust Company, as Trustee for Long Beach Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-1,
and the record owner of the property as of the recording of the notice
of default is Desery Lynn Martinez.  The trustee's sale of the
aforedescribed real property will be made without warranty as to
title, possession, or encumbrances.  Bidders must be prepared to
tender $20,000.00 in certified funds at the sale and the balance of
the purchase price in certified funds by 10:00 a.m. the following
business day.  The trustee reserves the right to void the effect of
the trustee's sale after the sale based upon information unknown to
the trustee at the time of the sale, such as a bankruptcy filing, a
loan reinstatement, or an agreement between the trustor and
beneficiary to postpone or cancel the sale.  If so voided, the only
recourse of the highest bidder is to receive a full refund of the
money paid to the trustee.  THIS IS AN ATTEMPT TO COLLECT A DEBT. ANY
INFORMATION OBTAINED WILL BE USED FOR THAT PURPOSE.
