   CASTLE DALE CITY
NOTICE OF MUNICIPAL OFFICES

	Notice is hereby given that a Municipal Election for Castle Dale City
will be held on November 5, 2013 to elect persons to the following
offices:

Mayor - 4 year term
Two (2) City Council - 4 year term

	Candidate Filing Period begins June 3, 2013 and ends June 17, 2013.
Declaration of Candidacy Forms or Nominating Petitions must be filed
in person with the city Recorder at 65 East 100 North, Castle Dale,
Utah between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Candidates must be a
United States Citizen, a registered voter of Castle Dale city, and
must have resided in Castle Dale for a period of 12 consecutive months
preceding the date of the election.
