PUBLIC NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY
The Utah State Office of the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has
received an application from Interwest Mining Company, a subsidiary of
PacifiCorp, 1407 West North Temple, Suite 310, Salt Lake City, Utah
84116, for a modification to the East Mountain Logical Mining Unit
(LMU) In accordance with 43 CFR 3487. The proposed LMU modification
is available for review at the BLM, Utah State Office, 440 West 200
South, Suite 500, Salt Lake City, Utah.
The LMU modification includes adding lands from one Federal coal
lease, UTU-84285, and
decreasing the LMU by excluding lands contained in relinquished
Federal coal lease UTU-02664
from the LMU.
The description of the lands contained within the modified area to be
added and released from the
East Mountain LMU is as follows:
