    Request for HVAC Proposal(s)

	Emery County School District is now accepting proposals to install
approx. 22 RTU's and electronic controls at each junior high school in
Emery County, Utah.  

	A Mandatory Walk-Through will be held on Tuesday March 26, 2013
starting at Canyon View Jr. High School at 9 a.m.  Must Field Verify
All Measurements and Specifications.

	Bid Opening will be Wednesday, April 3 at 9 a.m. at the District
Office at 120 North Main in Huntington.  Proposals must be received on
or before 4 p.m. on Tuesday,  April 2, 2013.  

	Documentation shall be provided prior to the execution of the
Agreement that Contractor(s) is/are registered and participates in the
E Verify Program. Proposals may be mailed or faxed to Kerry Lake,
Building Construction Supervisor.  Contractors must submit a Bid Bond
in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount, made payable to
the Emery School District.  A Bid Bond must accompany each bid.  The
Emery School District reserves the right to reject any or all
submittals/bids or to waive any informality or technicality in any
submittal/bid in the interest of the School District.  Owner reserves
the right to accept or reject the lowest responsible
submittal/proposal.

	Emery School District reserves the right to reject any or all
