	Sealed BIDS for Asphalt Maintenance at the Emery Town Office, Fire
Station and Post Office will be received by Emery Town at the Emery
Town office, 65 North Center, P.O. Box 108, Emery, UT 84522 until
10:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 2, 2013. Copies of Current State
Contractor's License, Proof of Current Insurance and Pertinent Contact
Information for References from previous customers must accompany the
Bid, or be readily available for review by the Town Council. BIDS will
be opened and publicly read aloud at the Public Hearing scheduled for
Wednesday, May 8, 2013, 6:00 p.m. at the Town Hall, 65 North Center,
Emery, Utah.
PROJECT:  Asphalt Maintenance
	1)   Clean and Prep all work areas.
	2)   Seal all edges and field cracks approx. 730n lineal feet, with
		 Rubber Crack Seal.
	3)   Seal Coat 9100 sq. ft of asphalt area with TUFF Coat Asphalt 
	4)   Striping:  Ten (10 )  Single 4" White Stall Lines.
                       	One (1) Large Hash Area.
                       	One (1) Paint Handicap Stall.
