by H. L. ALLRED, AN UNMARRIED MAN WILL SELL AT PUBLIC AUCTION TO
HIGHEST BIDDER, PAYABLE IN LAWFUL MONEY OF THE UNITED STATES AT THE
TIME OF SALE. SUCCESSFUL BIDDERS MUST TENDER A DEPOSIT OF $20,000 IN
CERTIFIED FUNDS TO THE TRUSTEE AT THE TIME OF SALE, WITH THE BALANCE

herein. Said sale will be made without covenant or warranty, express
or implied, regarding title, possession, condition, or encumbrances,
including fees, charges, and expenses of the Trustee and of the trusts
created by said Deed of Trust, to pay the remaining principle sums of
