	Sealed bids will be will be received by the Executive Director of the
Southeastern Utah Association of Local Governments, 375 S. Carbon Ave,
(PO Box 1106) Price, UT 84501 until 5pm June 10, 2013 for:

	1 each 2012/2013 Dodge Caravan SE FWD with "Stow N' Go" seating.  No
further accessories beyond the basic SE package are required.  This
vehicle may be previously owned, 2011 or newer, no more than 25,000
miles on the engine and in excellent condition.  The chosen vehicle
must past a mechanical/safety inspection.

	The SEUALG reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive
any formality or technically in any bid in the interest of the Agency
